Your entire wedding weekend, perfectly planned for you — without you having to lift a finger. (Well, maybe one.)
DAY-OF COORDINATION.
Your very own wedding manager, there to keep every moving part running exactly as it should.
PRE-WEDDING MEETINGS + REHEARSAL.
We’ll get together in the lead-up, talk through all the finer details + have a full rehearsal so everyone knows exactly where they need to be.
ACCOMMODATION.
Two nights at The Convent Hotel for you + up to 40 of your favourite people. With 22 rooms, some guests will be sharing — just like a proper destination wedding.

Exclusive use of The Convent Hotel for your wedding celebration + overnight experience.

A chic clear marquee + flooring transforms the outdoor space into an incredible all-weather setting for the party.

PHOTOGRAPHY.
Eight hours of photography, capturing the whole story — from getting ready + the ceremony to portraits, family, friends, dinner + the party.
500 EDITED PHOTOS.
A gallery of 500 beautifully edited images from your wedding, ready to download, share + keep forever.
VIDEOGRAPHY.
Our videographer captures all the best bits of your day + turns them into a RomCom that feels oddly familiar.
CELEBRANT.
Frankie Orange, obviously. Your celebrant, wedding hype girl + the woman who’ll make the whole thing legal.
BESPOKE CEREMONY.
Your ceremony is completely your own. Frankie will get to know you + your lover, then write a ceremony that sounds like you, feels like you + tells your love story your way. You’ll also get help with your vows + everything you need to get legally hitched.
MC.
We’ll keep your guests on track + the celebration flowing — from speeches + cake cutting to your first dance and everything in between.
Got someone in your crew dying to take the mic? We can help them nail it instead.
LIVE MUSIC.
A full live band to take you from first dance to full dance floor. We’ll bring in brilliant musicians who suit you, your guests + the kind of party you want to have.
COCKTAIL + CANAPÉ HOUR.
Cocktails, wine + beer alongside a beautifully presented spread of canapés + grazing bites while you mingle, hug everyone + disappear for a few photos.
DINNER AT ADA.
A beautiful seasonal dinner for you + your guests, created by the brilliant team at Ada. Incredible food, shared around the table exactly as it should be.
CAKE.
Something beautiful + delicious to cut, share + eat — whether that’s a classic wedding cake, an Italian-style table dessert or a glorious stack of cheese if sweet isn’t your thing.
REFRESHMENTS.
No drink tokens. No one-drink-per-hour nonsense. Beer, wine, spritzes + non-alcoholic drinks flow throughout the celebration, with bubbles for the toast + cocktails along the way.
Responsible service of alcohol applies, obviously — we want a party, not an incident.
FLORAL STYLING.
Beautiful, abundant florals designed to complement the styling + bring the whole wedding to life.
BOUQUETS. (if applicable)
Your bouquet + up to three additional bouquets for your wedding party, designed to work beautifully with the overall floral styling.
BOUTONNIÈRES. (if applicable)
Your boutonnière + up to three more for your wedding party.
SECURITY.
Suited security on-site to keep everyone safe + the party running smoothly.
LATE-NIGHT CHEESEBURGERS OR PIZZA.
Because after hours of drinking + dancing, there is nothing better than late-night carbs. Cheeseburgers or pizza arrive just when everyone needs them most.
POST-WEDDING BOOZY BRUNCH.
Because the wedding might be over, but the weekend isn’t.
Wake up with your favourite people + do it all over again over brunch, acoustic music, Bloody Marys, Mimosas + plenty of delicious things designed to soothe those slightly dusty heads.
SET-UP + PACK-DOWN.
We set it all up. We pack it all down. You never have to see the ugly bit.

FUCKING HOTEL?
Depending on existing hotel + restaurant bookings, your wedding weekend may need to fall across a Sunday/Monday — but where possible, we’ll aim for a public holiday weekend.
And frankly, who doesn’t love a Sunday sesh?
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN WE HAVE?
You get to choose 65 of your favourite people to join you for the wedding, then 40 of them get to stay on + make a whole weekend of it with you.
CAN WE BRING MORE? PLEASE?
Sorry, no! 65 is our max.
If anyone gives you static, just blame us. We can take it.
Can I bring the kids?
The Inner-City Destination Wedding is strictly an adults-only event.
How much?
$129,500
That includes the entire wedding weekend + everything listed above, including two nights’ accommodation for up to 40 people.
If you choose to ask your overnight guests to contribute towards their accommodation, that contribution can significantly reduce your final cost.
Whether you cover the whole weekend yourselves or split the accommodation with your guests is completely up to you.
